Kasich heads east for second State of the State

Gov. John Kasich said there would be a "couple surprises" in his second State of the State address, scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday in Steubenville. “It’s heavy on everything,” Kasich told reporters today, following a scheduled meet and greet with supporters at historic Roscoe Village in Coshocton, about 80 miles from where Kasich will give Tuesday’s address. “I’m going to talk about what we’ve done, what we’re going to do. We’ve got a couple surprises in there, a whole new presentation. I’m still kind of working on it, and whatever I have will probably not be what I end up delivering.
