Home no safe haven for some tenants

Landlord Brian Grim angrily ripped a sign from his E. Northwood Avenue rental in January 2011. DANGER. DO NOT ENTER. UNSAFE TO OCCUPY . City inspectors said they had to post that order to vacate because Grim’s uninspected work posed a threat to tenants. But Grim never told the Ohio State University students who lived in the University District house then about the order, nor did he inform the seven students who live there now.
