The state of our state is stabilizing, an annual Dispatch review of key economic indicators shows. “If we think of Ohio as a patient in a hospital, the patient has been moved out of intensive care,” said James W. Brock, an economics professor at Miami University in Oxford. “The patient’s condition is not just stabilized, but it’s improving.”
